ANNUAL MEETING
Sunday July 5, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the Clubhouse
Election procedure:
Official ballots were sent out Saturday June 13 2009. We will have a ballot box at the Clubhouse. Ballots that are mailed must be received by July 3, 2009 or they must be submitted at the annual meeting. No ballots will be given out at the annual meeting as they will be sent to you with the Cutty's seal on it.
