Rental Units

Clubhouse Rental

There is a $100 deposit required, the $100 deposit is to hold your reservation. If damages occur during your rental we will keep your deposit, plus charge you for any damages there may have been. We do not ask for payment on the rental until you have a count of all who attended. The price on the clubhouse without the kitchen is as follows, up to 25 people is $100 + tax, over 25 people is an additional $2 a person + tax. The price for the clubhouse with the kitchen is $150 + tax, over 25 people is an additional $2 a person + tax. If an attendant has to stay later than scheduled hours, there will be a $10 an hour charge. Please leave a check for the rental with the attendant on duty when you leave.

There is no smoking allowed in the building. You, as a member, are responsible for all of your guests. We allow beer and wine in the building, no hard liquor. The building is to be returned to the condition that you found it in. As we have stated, your deposit check, plus a charge for any damages will be collected if the building is not returned to the condition it was in when you found it. We ask that you put all of your trash in white bin located by parking lot & sweep and mop if necessary. There are cleaning supplies located in the kitchen closet. If these things are not done, there will be a cleaning fee of $25 per hour charged.

We would also like to remind you that the indoor pool and spa are not included in the clubhouse rental,  there will be no exceptions.  So please make sure that your guests are aware of this rule.
