Cutty's is the best kept camping secret in Iowa!

Cutty's is a private campground and you must be a member or a guest of a member to stay here.  We have many amenities to keep you and your family entertained.  Year round access to the Clubhouse includes: indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise room. The Camp-

ground includes 80+ acres and over 500 camping sites, two outdoor pools, wading pool, fishing lake, 18 hole miniature golf, Western play village, giant slide, playgrounds and tennis courts and much more. Cutty's store contains the Campfire Cafe and a convenience store with a large stock of RV supplies. There is also a professional on-site RV maintenance and repair service. Free WIFI internet access is available at the clubhouse and the store.

Mother's Day weekend through Labor Day weekend there are planned activities every weekend!  Our theme weekends include; Memorial, It's A Jungle Out There!, Mardi Gras, 4th of July, Waterworld Weekend, Olympics, Christmas, 50's & 60's, Survivor, Member Appreciation, Carnival and Vegas Weekend.  Every other Sunday morning we have all you can eat pancake and French toast breakfast at the Clubhouse.   We have a street dance of some sort every weekend, kids crafts, adult crafts and a lot more activities throughout the day.  This is the perfect place to have a great time with our activities and just relax and enjoy your family.

"How does Cutty's work and what are the benefits of being a member?"

When you buy an ownership in Cutty's you are buying an undivided interest into this park.  You then own 1/3000 of a piece of Cutty's.  This park is owned by the members.  The members pay annual maintenance fees which at this time are $525.00 per year.  You may also pay your maintenance fee on a quarterly basis which would be $131.25 every 3 months.  Cutty's is a non profit organization so all monies spent at Cutty's remains here for the park for improvements and maintenance of the resort; insurance, property taxes, salaries, etc.

Being a member of Cutty's entitles you to 30 days of camping a year for $1 a day.  When your 30 days are up you would then pay $7.36 per day unlimited. Your 30 days start April 1 and go to November 1st.  From November 1st on you would pay off season rates.  You can be on one site for two weeks and then you have to move to another site . You need to be in attendance of your camper for at least six hours out of a 24 hour period if your camper is on a site,
