Hello fellow campers!  The question is, "How does Cutty's work and what are the benefits of being a member?" I will try to answer these questions for you.

When you buy an ownership in Cutty's you are buying a undivided interest into this park.  This comes with a Warranty Deed.  You then own 1/3000 of a piece of Cutty's.  This park is owned by the members.  The members pay annual maintenance fees, which at this time are $525.00 per year.  If you choose, you may also pay your maintenance fee on a quarterly basis, which would be $131.25 every 3 months.  The money remains here at the park for improvements and maintenance of the resort; insurance, property taxes, salaries, etc.

Being a member of Cutty's entitles you to 30 days a year for a $1 a day.  When your 30 days are up, you would then pay $6.30 per day. Your 30 days start April 1 and go to November 1st.  From November 1st on, you would pay winter rates.  You can be on one site for two weeks and then you have to move to another site .  If your camper is on a site, you need to be in attendance of your camper for at least six hours out of a 24 hour period.

Hopefully that explained all the business side of Cutty's.  Now lets get to the fun stuff!  We have a lot of amenities here at Cutty's.  I am going to do my best to list each and everyone of them- Here we go...Clubhouse, two Outdoor Pools, Indoor Pool, Wading Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Fishing Lake, 18 Hole Mini Golf, Western Play Village, Giant Slide, Playgrounds, Tennis, Cutty's Cafe and last but not least Cutty's Store with a large stock of RV supplies.

Okay, if that wasn't enough for you I have more!  What if I told you Mother's Day weekend through Labor Day weekend there are planned activities every weekend?!  Our theme weekends include; Memorial, It's A Jungle Out There!, Mardi Gras, 4th of July, Waterworld Weekend, Olympic, Christmas, 50's & 60's, Survivor, Member Appreciation, Carnival and Vegas Weekend.  There are also planned meals.  Almost every Saturday & Sunday morning we have breakfast at the Clubhouse.  On Saturday nights there is a dinner at the Clubhouse.  We have a street dance of some sort every weekend, kids crafts, adult crafts and a lot more activities throughout the day.  This is the perfect place to have a great time with our activities and just relax and enjoy your family.
